Last week seemed like his best chance to finally notch his first sack, being that the Chargers were fielding backup tackles on both sides. But not only did Key not get that first sack, he didn’t have a single hit on Philip Rivers. He too had just one tackle in the game.Maurice HurstAnother fairly good outing for Hurst. He had a couple tackles and batted a pass down at the line. His net punting remained at 40.2 which is 14th in the league. He didn’t have any punts inside the 20 this week, so his 4 such punts drops him to 28th in the league. No news is good news for the long snapper.Matt McCraneAfter going 3 for 5 in his first game, McCrane went 1 for 2 against the Chargers, making from 24 yards out and missing a 57-yard attempt short. He is now 4 for 7 with misses from 47, 50, and 57. His longest made field goal is 44 yards.There wasn’t a lot of positives that came out of that game for anyone, let alone the rookies.
