Raymond James Stadium will be a smoke and tobacco-free venue
A new football season is upon us and for some Buccaneers fans
Peyton Barber Jersey , this football season will be a bit different than in years past. The Tampa Sports Authority made the announcement on Wednesday, following a vote by it’s board to eliminate all tobacco related products and zones, in and around Raymond James Stadium. TSA President and CEO Eric Hart released this statement on the new policy:Not only does the new policy completely ban cigarettes and chewing tobacco
Cheap Justin Evans Jersey , it also includes cigars, e-cigarretes and vapor pens. The new policy will certainly have fans on both sides applauding and denouncing the change and I understand both sides of the argument. It’s a tricky subject about what can be restricted in an effort to please everybody. What do you think of the new smoke and tobacco free policy? Will it keep you from going to Bucs games in the future? If you’re a non smoker, did it bother you that people smoked in the designated area?Kendell Beckwith to be placed on non-football injury list to begin training camp The latest update on Kendell Beckwith is not a good one. According to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times
Buccaneers Caleb Benenoch Jersey , Beckwith will begin training camp on the active/non-football injury list. Beckwith won’t be out for any amount of mandatory time while on the list, he can return to practice as soon as he is medically cleared to play. As Stroud mentions, Beckwith injured his anke while traveling as passenger in a car back in April. The injury required surgery
Buccaneers Ryan Jensen Jersey , which he had soon after the accident. It was estimated that he would miss time in training camp and that may even stretch into Week 1 of the regular season. This type of injury usually requires around 6-8 weeks to heal before rehabilitation.Beckwith had been rehabbing at the facility and participating in team meetings, but this latest bit of news runs parallel to the medical prognostications that were given earlier in the year. The Bucs need to be “all systems go” with every player this season and right now they could already be down two starters for Week 1 after adding in Jameis Winston’s suspension. That’s not a good start for a team that gets no breaks early on in 2018.
