Careprost is a serum that is used to grow eyelashes and eyebrows. The active ingredient, Bimatoprost Ophthalmic (0.03 percent), does this by increasing the eyelashes' density, thickness a,nd length. Bimatoprost Ophthalmic often reduces the volume of blood in the eye and is in turn commonly recommended for glaucoma diagnosis. Its mystical eyelash growth serum effect was later identified, and Latisse introduced the active ingredient.
