
Install QuickBooks Pro on a server for multiple use?
To install QuickBooks Pro for multiple use you will first need to download the database server. Once you complete the download you can follow the steps below to configure QuickBooks Database Server Access:
• Click on the ‘File’ option found in the ‘Utilities’ menu.
• Select ‘Host Multi-User Access’ on the computer you want to access.
• Go to the ‘Company’ menu and press ‘Set Up Users and Passwords.’
• Navigate to the ‘Set Up Users’ section and click ‘Add User.’
• Type a convenient username and password for the user.
• Open QuickBooks on the computers connected to the network.
• Select the option to ‘Open a Company File’ and press ‘Next.’
